BABOLAT 2021 PURE DRIVE TOUR

The iconic Babolat Pure Drive is new and improved for the 2021 model! The Pure Drive Tour has always been known for easy power and this new version only adds to what players have come to expect for those desiring a heavier frame. New to 2021 is Babolat's HTR System in which the Pure Drive's graphite frame layup has been reengineered for higher torsional rigidity, resulting in more efficient energy transfer to the ball (i.e. more power)! For vibration dampening, Babolat has increased the amount of SWX Pure Feel, a thin and extremely flexible viscoelastic rubber that sits between the racquet's carbon layers, in the shaft. This allows for a softer feel without inhibiting the feel upon ball contact. Making a return is the FSI Power technology (wider spaced string bed, and diamond shaped grommets) is maintained to allow for the strings to move more freely for additional power/spin. What this results to on the court is more power and more spin. If you loved the previous Pure Drive Tour but are looking for even easier power and spin, then the 2021 model will be what you are desiring! All in all, our staff overwhelmingly enjoyed this newest version (not to mention the awesome updated cosmetics for this racquet). Final Thought: If you have been a Pure Drive Tour user then you will love this update. Babolat has kept what you loved with the Pure Drive but has added more power, spin potential, and added weight! Power with easy maneuverability receives top marks with this 2021 model. Vibration dampening has been improved to allow for great feel upon ball contact. More advanced players will love the added weight that the Tour provides! "Demo today, buy tomorrow!"
