Yonex Poly Tour Air is a co-polymer monofilament with an elastic HR polymer additive. The result is a nice control string with impressive shock-absorption and softer feel. Poly Tour Air is one of the softest feeling polyesters we have hit with and really enjoyed the "plush" feel upon ball contact. This string also has great snapback for added ball rotation. Comfort is the defining characteristic of this string and if you value that, then try PTA! OR if you're a junior player transitioning to a polyester string, then consider giving this string a try! All of this is achieved by the plushy “HR-Elastomer” built into the string enhances shock-resistance and repulsion. This allows players to hit powerful shots while reducing the impact on one’s arm.
